• Piles and fissures are very painful. These can be treated with home remedies as well. Most important advice is that avoid constipation. Constipation is the key problem in piles and fissures. If you will cure constipation, piles and fissures will be easier to heal. Include high fiber foods in your diet each day. Prefer whole grain and multi grain foods. Eat lots of green vegetables, fruits (specially citrus fruit) and beans.
• Drink plenty of water. It along with fiber fights with constipation.
